A record site, not a tout directory
Handicapper Watchdog grades picks that were posted in public before the game started. A handicapper does not send a record, and a handicapper cannot pay for a rank.
What this site is
The free board shows rank, record, units, ROI, win rate, and sample size. The name, the handle, and the posting site stay off that board. Watchdog Pro, at the price on the pricing page, is access to those names and to the pick log. It is not a badge that a record is legitimate, and it is not a placement a seller can buy.
Reviews quote what a service publishes about itself. A numeric score stays off until a full evidence file exists. A text verdict is used only when the service's own pages support it, and the page says which sentences are documented, which were observed, and which are someone else's allegation.
Sportsbook pages are research notes. They are not signup offers. JustBet registration on this site stays off.
What this site is not
Handicapper Watchdog is not a sportsbook and does not take bets. It does not sell picks. It does not sell a green check, a featured row, or protection from a bad review. Past results are not predictions. 21+.
