Handicapper reviews
These are public names people search. The free rankings on this site stay anonymous on purpose. A review is a different page: it names a service that already sells itself, and it says what we could and could not check.

A review stays unrated until four things are in the file: a record Watchdog graded from posts, the record the service advertises, a price from a page we opened, and a real sample of customer experience. A hot streak on a sales page is not that file. None of these ten clear that bar, so none of them get a number.
