On 16 Sep 2026 a BetMGM page for the sportsbook at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, was still telling readers they could bet online by downloading the app. Those are signs of a live operator. They are not a national map.

The Missouri post describes a market-access launch with Century Casinos. The stadium page describes a retail book in Arizona. Neither is a license certificate. A May 2026 casino article on BetMGM's casino site says online casino play was available in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. No state list is published on this page. The Discover BetMGM map did not return a readable jurisdiction table on this check. The 1 Dec 2025 Missouri post said BetMGM operated in 30 markets with mobile and retail offerings. That number is the company's figure on that day. It is not a 27 Oct 2026 census, and it mixes retail with mobile. Using it as today's footprint would be a guess.

What can be said is narrower. Missouri mobile and retail were announced as open on 1 Dec 2025. A Washington, D.C. article from 20 Sep 2025 said citywide mobile betting had been opened on 17 Jul 2024 after an earlier limit around Nationals Park, and that one account could be used in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Those are dated operator statements. They are not reconfirmed here as a 2026 license list. Arizona retail at State Farm Stadium was still being described on 16 Sep 2026.

The account FAQ says existing responsible gaming limits, including session and deposit limits, apply in every state the consolidated account covers. It does not list every tool or every waiting period. The Missouri launch post says responsible gaming remains a focus, which is a slogan, not a tool list. Must be 21 or older.
