What the books actually publish
This section reads what sportsbook operators publish about themselves, then says what that record does and does not prove. Handicapper Watchdog did not open accounts, place bets, or time a withdrawal. Nothing here is a signup offer, and no operator paid for a position.
These pages are research. They are not placements. A later paid placement would be labeled, and it would not change a score. There are no scores to change. JustBet remains a separate page, and its registration button is still off.
A partial list stays on screen. Missing from that list is not a finding that the book is absent.
DraftKings is operating a U.S. sportsbook. The availability page names a long list of jurisdictions, and this check did not capture every heading on it.
FanDuel publishes a state table that separates the sportsbook from its prediction-market product. The cashier and the limit tools are documented. The price of a bet is not.
bet365 publishes a shorter U.S. map than FanDuel, with launch dates and a new-customer offer that closes 23 Nov 2026. The offer is the operator's, not ours.
Fanatics publishes a live-state list and a rewards currency called FanCash. Missouri was listed and also marked as pre-registration, so it is not treated as confirmed.
BetMGM is still publishing as a live U.S. sportsbook. Its public pages did not yield a complete, citable jurisdiction list on this check.
ESPN BET stopped being PENN's U.S. sportsbook brand on 1 Dec 2025. The successor name is theScore Bet. This page does not publish a current state map for that book.
Checked, and not given a review
- Caesars Sportsbook. The Caesars retail locator opened and listed hundreds of in-person books. It does not say where the mobile sportsbook takes bets. Third-party state lists were not used. No review is published.
- BetRivers. No BetRivers availability page returned a citable jurisdiction list on this check. Secondary writeups did not agree with each other. No review is published.
- theScore Bet. PENN said it would rebrand the U.S. book to theScore Bet on 1 Dec 2025, subject to approval. The transition article is not a 2026 availability page, so the target list is not repeated here as a current map. See the ESPN BET note.
